The Right to Equality proper is a right of equal satisfaction of basic human needs, including the need to develop and use capacities which are specifically human.

Indian constitution calls for equality among all. India is a secular state. It is laid in our constitution that all Indians will be treated equally in the eyes of law.

=>The law system is equal for all.
=>There will be no partiality on the base of caste, creed and gender.
