yes i agree with portia as she solved the matter by not telling the lie but by telling the truth she solved the matter in a brilliant way as she told shylock that if he take a pound of flesh of antonio.... a drop of blood should not come out from his body nd if anything happens to antonio he would be trapped in an attempt of murder case.... nd she also told shylock that u hav not to take more than 1 pound of flesh or less than one pound of flesh so shylock thought it was impossible to take the flesh of antonio so he became ready to. take the money from basanio
