Status is all about what a parson is. Her or his post or reputation shows the status whereas what he/she doing is a role. Post defines the status whereas work & responsibilities define the role. Higher the status more the responsible & accountable role will be there.  Be it a defence officer or a teacher both have their equal status & different roles. Both role & status are interrelated. As they say power & success comes with responsibility .Same way every status has its own role towards country, society & family. Weather a Prime minister or the head of house, they owns the top status at country & at home respectively same way they have most important role at their respective positions.
