Explanation:An antioxidant must be stable , natural, assimilable by tissues and easily obtainable from a natural source...Also, it must  chelate various divalent metallic cations , activate antioxidant enzymes , inhibit superoxid  dismutase producting enzymes and not show aouto-oxidation physiological pH
