Development and Process of framing Indian Constitution:

The framing of Indian Constitution and its development processes involved were all done by the Constituent Assemble of 1946.

It was framed by 13 committee grouped for the division of labor for framing the constitutional reports which were analyzed by the drafting committee which pen down the Constitution of India.

Drafting committee had 7 members with main draft chairman as Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar. It was first published in 1948 January which after several rectification was signed in January 1950.
