Internal sovereignty is when the state is the highest authority within the territory and it represents the legitimate authority of the state to enforce laws within their authority and are granted to Federal Government as long as they do not conflict with them and this is elected by people and should conform to the laws.
External sovereignity is also known as an unlimited authority in which there is a possibility for the state to exercise control over its population and as well as the territory that too without the interference from the external forces and in this the recognition by all states that each state possesses internal sovereignty in the equal measure.
