diversity and unity in India
Explanation:
- Our country is a diverse country with climate, physical characteristics, people, races, religions, languages, cultures and so on. Almost every area of our vast and diverse land has natural beauty and breathtaking flora and fauna. Tigers and dolphins, elephants and peacocks, majestic cedar and orchids are part of the charm of this land.
- Kaziranga Wildlife Sanctuary of Assam is a rare horned rhinoceros. Monasteries like Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh are as influential in Ladakh as they are in Sikkim, where boasts of Pomegranates and Tashing are very popular among tourists interested in Buddhism.
- Despite the great diversity, there are many strengths and factors that unite Indians of different cultures, languages and religions. These include sports, IT, academia, KV, colleges, universities, cinema, war and natural disasters. When any Indian sports team wins a match against an opposing team, it brings the people of our country together. Similarly, in educational institutions, people from different castes, cultures and religions gain knowledge together, which brings them together? National integration is also seen when Indian armed forces are involved in a war or an attack by anti-national forces.
- IT plays a great role in the modern day Indian people. People connect to each other through the Internet or e-business. At times, however, the same national unity may be at stake. In such cases, people need to be reminded of the common past struggles of their ancestors in the process of independence or development. We need to remember the common bonds that bind people together.
- In conclusion, it can be said that there are many differences in India, although there are sufficient cement and cohesive forces. The government should use all of the above tolls to safeguard national unity.
