1. Ethnic composition of Belgium was very complex.
2. In Belgium 59 percent of the country's total population speaks Dutch language and lives in Flemish Region whereas 40 percent of population speaks French and lives in Wallonia region and the remaining 1 percent speaks German .
3. Whereas in the capital city Brussels the composition was opposite to that described above . It included 80 percent people speaking French language and 20 percent people speaking Dutch language .
