Atmospheric pressure has an opposite relationship with pressure. Increase in temperature means lighter air and low air pr ssure and decrease in temperature increases atmospheric pressure.

Higher the altitude, lesser the atmospheric pressure and vice-versa. This causes breathing difficulties in mountainous regions.

Rotation of earth creates centrifugal force which causes high atmospheric pressure at the equatorial regions and lower pressure near poles.
