1. Government efforts  towards  the  provision  of  infrastructure  and  direct land  allocation  through  various  agencies  at  the  states levels  have  caused  the  ease  of  illegal  land  use  change.
2. Mining practices, the digging of the grounds by both the legal and the illegal bodies
3. Because of efficiencies in agriculture sector and setting up of several government  projects  around  the  country,  in  addition  to the  ignorance  of  related  laws  to  land  use  change  by different  governmental  organist  ions,  land  use  change and  land  sell  were  growing.
