Cappilarity- Due to the force of cohesion, capillaries have low level of water.

- Root pressure- Root pressure pushed sap from below due to active absorption by roots.

- Transpiration – Transpiration is evaporation of water and it affects sap in a way that constant transpiration brings the sap under negative pressure.
