Cyclones are intense storms due to the counter clockwise movement of the winds at a low pressure centre. These swirling airs rises and then cools resulting in the formation of clouds. There are two types of cyclones
•Mid-latitude cyclones
•Tropical cyclones.
Cyclones are usually erratic, the tropical cyclone moves towards the west and in the direction towards the poles. The mid-latitude cyclones move eastwards .
