Objectives of NITI Commission:
- To improve the capacity of the country's technology and implement the required plan.

Problems and effects of radioactive pollution:
- Genetic mutation: When a person is exposed to harmful radioactive rays, genes of the person gets damaged. The defect is transferred to the offspring from generation to generation.
- Diseases: Harmful radioactive rays cause cancer, anemia, leukemia and hemorrhage.
- Soil infertility: when the radioactive rays escapes to atmosphere, it reduces the nutrients of the soil and makes it toxic. This results in no plants or trees.
- Cell destruction: The exposure of rays leads to damage of organs and leads to instant death.
- Burns: Sometimes, the rays cause sores and red lesions.
