Modern democratic institutions may be claiming to support tribal culture and have special provisions for them like jobs for scheduled tribes and special reservations of seats in educational and other fields but in reality these cultures are loosing their ethnic integrity and secruity because of interference of modern instituitions.
The insituitions are now using these tribes as an excuse to come into power and exercise them according to their wishes. instead of contributing in their development, they are bringing them down even further.
