1.the president can summon and address the house of parliament the first season of parliament each year begins with a address by the president .
2.on the advice of the prime minister he can dissolve the lok sabha before the expiry of its normal term .
3.in case of a conflict between two houses on unknown money bill the present conduct a joint sitting of the two houses to resolve the conflict

Legislative powers of the Indian President are;
1)No bill passed by the parliament can becone law without his assent.
2)He can dissolve the Lok Sabha with the advice of the Prime Minister.
3)The prsident is not a member of either house of parliament. But he is an integerl part of legislative process. He plays an important role in law making.
