the president can veto any bill passed by Congress and unless two thirds in each house vote to override the veto, the bill doesn't become law,much of legislation dealt with by congress is drafted at the initiative of the executive branch..

( 1 ) He can address and suman the Legislative Assembly.

( 2 ) If there is any dispute between the two houses the final decision will be of president.

( 3 ) He can advise the Prime Minister to dissolve the Lok Sabha before the expiry date.
