HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER........

It implies that any member of a Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe by merely making an accusation against a person of General Caste can put him behind bars.

The SC/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act protects them against discrimination and atrocities.

If any person initially touch an SC or ST woman in a sexual manner without her consent, or using words, acts or gestures of a sexual nature, or dedicating an SC or ST women as a devadasi to a temple, or any similar practice will also be considered an offence.

No one is allowed to take there land without there permission.....
