THE MAIN REASON FOR POVERTY IN INDIA IS UNEMPLOYMENT. MEANS A LACK OF EDUCATION. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE ILLITERATE PROBABLY DO NOT GET THE PROPER JOB.IT IS THE FIRST CAUSE FOR THE POVERTY IN INDIA.

THE SECOND REASON IS :

INCREASE IN INDIAN POPULATION WHICH ALSO LEADS TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT DUE TO CAUSES POVERTY.
