Discuss the major sources of authority in administrative agencies

Any administrative agency has the power to operate in legislative ,judicial or executive form .It depends upon the functioning of agency that how it will operate.
Administrative agencies derive power from law or law making that is legislature.
Legislature passes the laws which gives authority to administrative agencies to act for implementation of law.The authority cannot surpass the law which is derived from the constitution of country.
