here you go mate
When we breathe in or inhale, the ribs expand and the diaphragm flattens which increases the size of the chest cavity and the air is filled into the lungs. The blood brings carbon dioxide from the rest of the body and the oxygen is taken up by blood and carried to all the cells of the body.
hope it helped you mark it.

RESPIRATION IS THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF ENERGY
(if you think it is exhaling and enabling than it is wrong)
THERE ARE TWO TYPES BY WHICH WE REPIRE
NAMELY BODY LEVEL AND CELLULAR LEVEL
THE CIRCULATARY SYSTEM ALSO HELPS IN RESPIRATION
IN BODY LEVEL THE OXYGEN IS TAKE FROM SURROUNDING AND IS TRANSPORTED TO BROCHIOLES AND ALVEOLI
WITH THIS THE BLOOD IS OXGENATED AND CIRCULATED THROUGHOUT THE BODY
NOW CELLULAR RESPIRATION
THE OXYZEN FROM BLOOD IS TAKEN AND USED FOR MAKING ENERGY
THIS IS COMPLETED BY THREE STEPS
(don't wanna go deep in it)
