Lysosomes are created by the addition of hydrolytic acid to endosomes from the Golgi apparatus. Basically, the Golgi apparatus receives protein enzymes from the ER, which are packaged in a vesicle in the Golgi apparatus, processed and finally, pinched off as a Lysosome.
