Evaluation is the last stage in the cyclic process of management. Strategic evaluation determines the areas of the strategic plan and measure their effectiveness afterwards. There are certain problems associated with this also;

It is not easy and simple to change the strategies altogether if they aren’t working well

Lack of interest;

When people don’t corporate with the strategic evaulations, correct results cant be obtained

Measurement;

It is difficult to benchmark the strategy with the efforts and willingness of the implementation people
