Problems of minorities in European countries in the Nineteenth century:

The problems of racial, linguistic and religious minorities in Europe has been the unsettled one more than a century was the reason for fated result of redrawing the map of Europe in nineteenth century.

From the racial point of view, during the formation of the kingdom of Italy and German empire it was possible to establish boundaries on mutual satisfactions.

Whereas, this was not the same in the case of creation of the smaller states in Balkans because of complicated mixture of peoples in that territory.

New states were created and the boundaries were changed by the "Peace Treaties" of 1919. This brought out a new segment of minorities in Europe, among them, one of the most noticeable was the "German minority in the South Tyrol, which was originally Austrian".
