Jesus strength of character intelligent ,wisdom, compassion ,and simplicity attracted large crowd where he went. this greatly enraged the Jewish religious leader who felt threatened by the growing popularity data and hostile and convinced them pontius pilate ,the Roman governor, that Jesus was on trial and sentenced to death. he was nailed to a cross and crucified.
