2.Heat the leaf in boiling water for 30 seconds.
3.remove the leaf and insert the insert leaf into a tube. pour ethanol in the leaf containing tube until it covers all the leaf. heat the leaf in ethanol for a few minutes. (precaution:just insert the test tube cointaining ethanol and leaves into the hot water)
4. wash the leaves with water and spread onto a white tile.
5.add few drops of iodine solution to the leaves. use distilled water as control and starch powder as possitive control (take the picture before and after)
