discuss the role of different agents of gradation in formation of new landforms
Answers
Explanation: Gradation is the process of levelling the land by means of moving agents like rivers, winds, sea and waves. The highlands are made low by erosion or wearing away and the lowlands are raised by adding the eroded materail by the process of deposition. In spite of the fact that gradation has continued for eons, the land has not got levelled. This is because there is constant earth movement which raises mountains and plateaus and therefore gradation is a continuous process.
And or :
It's just a simple process of making a land suitable for any type of construction by making digging the high level lands and filings the depressed or low level land. Sometimes natural processes like rushing races or soil erosion and many other natural phenomenon results into gradation processes. Generally the land so formed is called Lowlands. But gradation also forms sea clouds and reefs as are formed in Australia.
