hey mate here is your answer

Family, teachers, and media play an exceedingly pivotal role in a child’s growth and development. Hence, it is very important to make families, teachers and media aware of their role. It is equally important for these three factors to play their role responsibly and positively.

Wise men say parents are a child’s first educators. Parents must always bear it in their mind that they give their children a healthy environment. They must think, speak, and act responsibly in front of the children as they learn each and everything from them. Their bad, irresponsible, and reckless behavior can influence the children’s growth and development negatively. They must act as perfect role models for them. In order to instil in the minds of children the equality values they must not speak and act in front of them in any manner that leads to gender discrimination. Parents must teach the boy children how to lend a hand in doing house hold chores. Only girls must not be asked to do kitchen chores, washing, and dusting.

Teachers are the second most determining factor in children’s growth and development. A good teacher always influences his/her students positively. He/she makes them a perfect human being. He not only enlightens their minds with the light of education, but also has a significant impact on their character, attitude, and success. Teachers must also teach the children about the equality of genders. They must repeatedly instruct them about the equality of females in all spheres.

Media in the contemporary times has become the most influential factor. After the IT revolution media has made everything obsolete. Media has had quite a deep impact on teenagers. There is infinite information available on media. This information is both good as well as bad. The untrained children are easily attracted to the bad stuff on media. Media must also play its role of promoting gender equality responsibly. There must not be any information on the media that promotes gender inequality.

In conclusion we can say that families, teachers, and media can really create a society free of gender discrimination.
