Explanation:

the legal procedures take up a lot of time and involve lots of money. Those who can not afford to put in lots of time and money for getting justice get deprived of it for poor people especially , the idea of going to court after becomes remote.

The system of public interest litigations(PILs) introduced by the supreme court in the early 1980s played an important role in removing this problem
