Discuss the role of PIL in Indian readership what values have you learnt from the
working of PIL in Indian judicial system.

PIL (Public Interest Litigation) was introduced by Justice Bhagwati and it has been a massive turnaround since then.
PIL's have helped us to secure fundamental rights of the people, even of those who belong to the lowest strata of the economy
But is has been misused too at times to spread political propaganda
