When Mahatma Gandhi gave the call for civil-Disobedience movement in 1930:-

This movement was the different from non- Cooperation Movement in the sense that the non cooperation movement sought to being the working of the government to a stand still by not cooperating with the administration whereas the civil Disobedience Movement was an attempt at paralysing the Administration by breaking some special rule and regulation .

What effect does it show :-

The biggest and important effective by Civil- Disobedience movement is Simon Commission. In November 1927 the British government appointed Indian Commission popularly known as Simon Commission.

After the name of its Chairman sir John Commission does Commission was introduced.

The commission was composed of several British Member of Parliament it had no Indian member this was seen as a violation of the principle of self-determination and a deliberate insult to the self respect of Indians.

On February 3 III there the commission rest Bomber all Indian Hartal was organised.

Wherever the commission went it was treated with her talents and Black Flag under the Simon go Back policy. the national Congress declared by Court the commission at every stage in every form the Muslim League and the Hindu Mahasabha decided to support the Congress decision.
