Discuss the significant difference between the Himalayan and the Peninsular rivers.

himalayan rivers are perinnial rivers>they flow through out the year and  examples for himalayan rivers are indus ganga brahmaputra. they flow in the northern part of India.
peninsular rivers are not perinnial and they donot flow through out the year and  examples for peninsular rivers are krishna godavari

Himalayan rivers are perennial rivers as they do not depend on rainfall.
Peninsular rivers are non-perennial as they depend on rainfall for their flow.
Himalayan rivers flow with great velocity and has a strong current.
Peninsular rivers do not show such vigorous flow.
