But when co-workers or employees need to be takeninto consideration, a group decision could be the best solution. Decidingbetween individual and group decision making methods depends on thedecision that needs to be made, the group that is affected and theemployer's general leadership style.If the decision's successful execution requires the group's involvement,then some type of method should be implemented such as consensus orconsultation. Not involving the group in this type of decision coulddamage the overall effectiveness of the group. However, if the decision'sresults does not affect the group or does not require the group'sinvolvement to complete, you can make an individual decision with littledisturbance to the group dynamic
