It is true that consumers always have needs only that the needs are normally diverse and ambiguous making it difficult for the consumer to satisfy them wholly. Marketers come in as catalysts to remind the consumers about a specific need and to highlight their roles to the consumer, marketers can arouse the consumer needs and indeed they can make them to purchase if they do what is expected of them.
