Modern Political science means the theory and practice of Politics in modern societies, where the immediate objectives of strategy over rule all canons of Political propriety, You can count this period feom the days that led to the World War (1914–19) , the emrgence of the League of Nations, the organizations ILO, , the World War II, Mc Carthyism, Dulles Doctrine, the origin, development and marginalistaio of the Non-aligned Movemrnt, the rosy dreams that preced the settimng up of the Uited Nations, and numerous UN sponsored World Prganizations and the UN Security Council, and ending with the sad realisation that that Political theory and principles are just meaning less unless it matches the dominant forces’ wishes of the time.
