Rule of law is for society. It should be the maintain by everybody. It is equal for everyone in the society.

Rule of law is based by some principles like - Rule of law will not prove wrong anymore, Rule of law will be equal for everyone. Rule of law should follow the Constitution of country. UN organization controls the rule of law. Rule of law is about human rights.
