     Browsers means the internet web pages ?

If one is writing for display on web pages, then one needs to be careful about the content and how it is organized on the web pages.

   We do not want to clutter a lot of information on the web pages.  We need to make the design simple.  Especially when the site is used on mobile phones, using mobile apps, the design needs to be simple.

   If the web page is meant for children, then more care is to be taken in keeping the design simple. Then viewers are not confused.

   It is important to keep information steady and without too quick flickers. As then users are not able to view information properly.  The borders, font, and writing styles should be simple and elegant rather than too emphasized. The web page should be eye pleasing.

  There should not be too much of text in one place.  Hierarchical presentation of data may be done. So links to important functionalities could be provided. Then navigation through the web pages will be easier to go forward and backward in the tree of web pages.

   The web pages may be refreshed each time they are clicked on so that if there are updates they are shown.

   There should not be ambiguity or duplication in the data presented or data sought from the user.  If there are some data sought from user, perhaps some example of how the data looks like may be shown. So user does not make mistakes.

   Also the data like passwords must be encrypted and passed on. They should not be displayed.  A proper contact address,email etc. may be mentioned on the webpage at the bottom.

  Using tables, lists is important.  Tool tips is also good to display.
