Yes this is right that impediment to inclusion are man-made. This is created by humans. From the very early age this division are created and maintained by humans.

We know that in our society there are different types of people live like Brahmin, Sudra, Khastriya, general, schedule caste, schedule tribes. This impedimenta are not in writing any books, this is man made. Untouchability is created by humans. Difference between man and woman is created by this society. It is like a barrrier, which have to maintain if we want to live this society.
