3 factors that determine factors of social division are :-

1. How do people perceive their identity -

It is a major factor as the people , of the country make politics . In order to live in a healthy and safe political country the people should identify themselves as the national citizen n not as per their own religions because it causes conflicts in the country as it held in sri Lanka.

2. How do leaders present people's demands -

Taking the example of Sri Lanka , the leader there were only on the sides of majority community sinhalas and made policies in their favor only which further led to the civil war and death of several innocents.

3. How does the Government respond -

The government is the decision making body and the central authority thus it should work only in the favour of justice and give justice to alll the communities living in the country, the way it was done in belgium.
