1 A long and detailed- the Indian constitution is the lengthier and most detailed constitution in the world. it contains 395 articles and 12 schedules.

2 Fundamental Rights-the fundamental rights have been given in the third chapter of the constitution. These are right to equality, right to freedom, right to freedom of religion, right against exploitation, cultural and educational rights and right to constitutional remedies.

3Flexible and rigid - Indian constitution is both flexible and rigid. It is not easy to change but it is not also tough to change
