there are many situations where friction is an advantage.. some of them are :-
1. it helps us to walk on ground and write on paper or board.
2. we can drive car or stop it because of friction.
3. friction helps to hold something, if there was no friction then we ain't able to hold anything, we can't write or erase.
if there's no friction then there will be no universe.
