• Applying basic principles of democracy across all region, social groups like castism, communalism and various institutions.
• Providing more powers to state and local government.
• Minimizing decisions we should remain outside the arena of democratic courts.
• People from different caste, communities and they have different interest. Under the caste system work is divided on the basis of caste of person. The high paying and respectable job are usually given to higher caste groups and low paying job are given to low caste groups.

Although it has been accepted as the best form of Government in the modern world . Yet it has its own problems .
