because the people wanted freedom and if the king and queens rule us they will control is an we may or may not get freedom and democracy so the people thought that they may choose their leaders

The freedom fighters are fighted for the freedom to our india and they thought that any king are gueen should not rule the india becuse our indian people wants to live with out any rulers they wants to live by them sleves and with out any kings order but some other countries people ruled us for many years so, gandhi thought to start some other movements for the indian people to stop the ruling of the india for the indian country should be a no king r queen...
