Discuss with empirical support the trends in electricity generated by sources in India.

The electricity regime was boosted in 1882 and India also started hydroelectric generation by the end of 19th century. And in India, the electricity is produced with the help of coal, gas, hydel, wind power, biomass, solar and nuclear power. The trend in electricity production from different sources has changed in the recent year's coal is 189047 megawatt, biomass is 7971 megawatt, gas is 25329 megawatt, wind is 28700 megawatt, from solar its 9013 megawatts, large hydel is 44413 and small hydel is 4334 megawatt and nuclear is 838 megawatt
and total production till February 2017 was 315 GW calculated.
