Music, asked by detrahona8, 10 months ago

Think about music that we listen to today. We have just entered the 21st century. How do you think historians came up with labels such as Baroque, Renaissance, Classical, Twentieth Century, and so on? With the music playing on the radio these days, what label would you think represents the present musical era?

Explanation:

21st-century classical music is art music, in the contemporary classical tradition, that has been produced since the year 2000.

Some elements of the previous century have been retained, including postmodernism, polystylism and eclecticism, which seek to incorporate elements of all styles of music irrespective of whether these are "classical".
