Disha and gayatri were partners with capital contribution of Rs 30,00,000 and Rs

20,00,000.They admitted puja into partnership but did not enter into partnership

deed .At the of accounting year,puja insisted that the profit should be shared

equally and convinced both Disha and gayatri.Explain how puja would have

convinced both Disha and gayatri.​

as there is no partnership deed provided so neither disha nor gayatri can say that the profits will be distributed in particular ratios.So,it tells that if partnership deedis not provided then the PSR(PROFIT SHARING RATIO)of the partners is equal.
