both terms -soil pollution and soil erosion have been used severally in the recent years especially with the increase in environmental concerns .lets distinguish tho two terms
sol erosion is the seeping away of the top fertile soil by the agents of erosion such as the wind ,water etc .soil pollution on the other hand is the pollution of the soil by pollutants such as fertilizers from the farms or even oil spills on the ground .soil pollution therefore make soil harmful for living organisms while soil erosion deprive plants of fertile soils
