You can calculate displacement or distance from v-t graph.
Displacement is the area under the v-t graph.
So, for uniform acceleration , you go for applying the Area of Triangle.
For zero acceleration you go for finding the area of Rectangle.
For a body whose initial velocity is not zero go for area of trapezium.
