The general equation of simple harmonic motion is y = A sin (ωt + ɸ)

Compare this equation with the given equation which is Y=0.008sin(3∏.t + ∏/4)metre

Hence, A = 0.008m

At t = 7/36 sec, 3∏.t = 3∏.7/36 = 21∏/36 = 7∏/36

3∏.t + ∏/4 = 7∏/36 + ∏/4 = 451/182 = 2.48

Hence, y = 0.008 * sin (2.48) = 0.00032 m
