first we will differentiate x w.r.t. Time and then again differentiate it w.r.t. time and then we will get acceleration

x = 3t^{2} + 7t - 9

 \frac{dx}{dt} = 6t + 7

 \frac{d2x}{ {dx}^{2} }  = 6

so acceleration is 6m/s (or some other unit).
