Answer:
Dissatisfied practices in school and improvement to it
All schools do not deliver quality, engaging education; all such schools that are not dedicated to provide great education are involved in practices that lead to dissatisfaction among the students, parents, and society.
The first dissatisfying practice may be not hiring quality teachers as they demand high pay packages; poor teachers teach poorly and this causes the greatest dissatisfaction. Schools should not make any compromises while hiring skilled teachers.
The second dissatisfying practice is spending enough money to provide world class facilities to students. Facilities such as grounds, auditorium, smart-classes, transport facilities at affordable charges. This also leads to dissatisfaction among the students. The schools should not skimp on providing facilities to students.
Schools have the responsibility of making future citizens of the world. They should not make any compromises on any account. Schools should provide innovative, creative, and wonderful learning environment to their students.
